FREE CONTINENTAL US GROUND SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY, DEPENDING ON STOCK LOCATION

Free Shipping on all paddleboards purchased in the Continental US. Additional Shipping Charges will be automatically applied at check-out to orders outside the Continental US.

Continental US orders will ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS based on your location. Orders to HI/ AK and US Territories ship USPS only.

We do not offer international shipping for the time being. 

 

Paddle boards shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping*. In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped. As we ship FedEx we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences surrender the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.

Please note Arba International LLC are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault. If you wish to insure your purchase, we do offer a 3rd party insurance option at check out. If any damage, missing item occurs on your shipment, 3rd party insurance providers will be your point of contact in resolving the issue. If you do not purchase insurance at checkout, we may not be able to assist you with your damages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For any third-party shipping, Arb international LLC cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation. For accessory shipments, the shipping times are an estimate as we do not have control over USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping companies. The shipping times indicated for accessories are business days and delays are common during the holiday seasons.

*Residents of AK, HI, and Canada do not qualify, palletized freight orders are subject to fees, orders including only accessories and/or parts will still have shipping fees applied.
